Three and a half ways to brew coffee outside

We believe that coffee in the great outdoors is one of life’s true luxuries and have three (and a half) ways we recommend to do it. Whether you are camping, having a picnic in the park, or simply enjoying your backyard, there are various ways to brew coffee outside that can give you a delicious cup without sacrificing the quality of your coffee.

1- Brewing coffee outside with AeroPress

    How to make cowboy coffee:

    • heat water in a pot over an open flame until it comes to a boil
    • Remove the pot from the heat and add coffee grounds to the water
    • Let the mixture steep for a few minutes, and then strain the coffee into a mug
    Cowboy coffee has a rich and robust flavour, and it is perfect for outdoor adventures where you need a quick and easy caffeine fix. It’s also a great way to make friends from neighbouring tents as the aroma settles over your camping area.


    3- Brewing Coffee Outside with French Press

      The French Press is a classic coffee maker that is popular for its rich and full-bodied flavour. It is also an excellent choice for outdoor coffee brewing. To use a French Press, you will need coffee grounds, hot water, and a French Press. 

      How to use a French Press:

      • Simply add the coffee grounds and hot water to the French Press
      • Stir, and then let it steep for a few minutes
      • Press the plunger down to separate the coffee from the grounds
